Typically for establishing your needs and undertaking initial research, we charge a fee of £149 for purchase mortgages and £97 for remortgages. Our fees become payable on engagement and prior to research being carried out. This fee is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed.
Also, for smaller mortgages (e.g those under £100,000) or more complex mortgages, a fee of £270 is payable on completion.
Once the mortgage has completed, we may also receive commission from the mortgage provider.
